Support Groups
We offer a variety of support groups designed to help parents and caregivers connect, share experiences, and find strength in community. Led by trained parent partners with lived experience, our groups provide a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly, learn from others and discover practical tools for family wellness and recovery.

Guest speakers provide education on topics such as emergency preparedness, substance use awareness and prevention, wellness and self-care, behavioral health services, and other community resources. The group also provides information and guidance related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Section 504 Plans, parent rights, and navigating education, behavioral health, and community-based services.
The group is designed to empower parents and caregivers through education, peer connection, and access to resources while strengthening their confidence to advocate for their children and support their family's overall well-being. By fostering collaboration, reducing isolation, and connecting families with valuable community supports, the Spanish Parent Support Group helps caregivers build the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate challenges and promote positive outcomes for their children.

Youth will learn age-appropriate skills they can apply at home, at school, and in their communities, including emotional regulation, problem-solving, effective communication, healthy boundary setting, conflict resolution, building positive peer relationships, and seeking support when needed. The group also promotes resilience, self-esteem, a sense of belonging, and the confidence to express thoughts and feelings in healthy, respectful ways.
The group is designed to help youth build skills that support success at home, at school, and in the community while fostering healthy relationships, emotional growth, and overall well-being.
